Following delays in the delivery of voting materials to most polling stations in Kampala and Wakiso, the Electoral Commission has extended voting from 4PM to 7PM to allow more time for those that were disadvantaged by the delays.
The chairman of the Electoral Commission Dr. Badru Kiggundu appealed for calm from among voters and regretted the delays.
