Uganda’s long distance runner Joshua Cheptegei on Sunday fulfilled his promise of dominating the 10,000 meter race by winning the 3rd successive gold medal at the World Athletics Championship held in Budapest, Hungary.
Cheptegei won the race with a time of 27:51:42. He won his first gold in Doha (2019) and repeated the feat in Oregon USA, (2022).
