It was joy and happiness when Muft Ismail Menk arrived at the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council Headquarters at Old Kampala today morning.
Residents, students of different schools and other people had already converged at the UMSC offices to welcome their long awaited guest.
At around 10:00 am he arrived with high security of both the Uganda police and his private security.
Menk started by shaking hands with the officials at the UMSC and later toured the properties of UMSC.
He later went to Radio Bilal where he was hosted live. Through the radio, Menk emphasized that his major mission is preaching the gospel of peace.
He followed that with a meeting with the officials at the UMSC. Where he was slated to lead the Juma prayers today.
