The tension and pressure that come with having a baby are sometimes too much for many men to bear.

Imagine the pressure that would face a retired man in his seventies, being told that his 65 year old wife is about delivered triplets.

Well, Bishop Eriya Paul Luzinda, 73, the retired Bishop of Mukono is the man in the limelight after it emerged hat God blessed him and his 65-year old wife Florence with three baby girls.

Three weeks ago Bishop Luzinda’s wife Florence was delivered of three healthy babies at Mukono Church Hospital in Mukono town – famously known as Namirembe.

And now it appears that the post-partum stress that had gripped the couple is beginning to ease a bit and that excitement is beginning to return.

Yesterday, Bishop Luzinda made a telephone call to a friend and veteran journalist Patrick Luganda, who also lives in Mukono, to reveal the good news.

Posting on his Facebook page yesterday, Luganda revealed how the Bishop broke the pleasant news of the triplets.

“Patrick it is true,..three daughters not one not two but three..that is why I rang to tell you the wonderful news,” Luganda wrote, noting that he asked the Bishop for permission to share the news with the wider public, to which Luzinda responded positively.

“Please go ahead and let the people know..this is Gods gift to us,” was Luzinda’s answer.
