Justice Steven Kavuma has this Thursday afternoon dismissed the application against ??NRM? and ordered the main petition be fixed for hearing.
In his ruling Justice Kavuma said the balance of convenience was in favour of the respondent thereby dismissing the application.
On December 24 Benjamin Alipanga, including Tanga Odoi who was nominated at the party electoral commission chairperson had before the ruling been approved in their new positions by the NRM Central Executive Committee during a meeting held at State House in Entebbe.
However, the outcome of court ruling shall not affect the status quo.
Justice Kavuma said the applicant had failed to provide sufficient evident to support his application.
