The two went to the US on a tourist Visit yet they were meant to perform which implied that they were actually trying to dodge taxes

The artists were hired by Ugandan Promoters Juliet Zawedde and Muvawaala based in the US to go and perform in her concerts but it’s believed that the two artistes lied to the US authorities on their entry into the US
