Musician turned politician Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has received an accolade for best freedom fighter of this generation by the Global Students Integrity at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology in Arusha, Tanzania.
This was during the 3rd annual conference while addressing a group of young Africans leaders on how they can revamp the future of their countries.
He urged them to work very hard so as to improve the hazards faced by the Africans in the continent.
Bobi Wine led a group of opposition MPs that were against the extension of the presidential term limit in 2017, released freedom fighting songs, campaigned against social media tax among other things.
