On the eve of 3oth December Fik Fameika and Sheeba were expected to headline performances at Hoima based Glory Summit Hotel.
However, the tonsukuma hit maker by 10pm was nowhere to be seen which tempted panic among organizers. The MC later was forced to announce how fik fameika was unable to make it and how an arrangement was done for the artiste to hold a free concert for the fans early 2019, this caused rowdiness from the fans that were later cooled by Sheeba’s performance.
The event organizer and promoter Kajez of kajez promotions said he contacted the artist and informed him he had gone to shoot a video but could not get a flight to get him to Uganda in time.
After Fameika knowing of the fete he recorded a video apologizing to his Hoima fans for missing the concert “I apologize to my Hoima fans as was shooting a video in Tanzania and had delays in my flight but will hold an all free show with the Same promoter early this year”
