Immigration has summoned Shell and Bolton International to explain its employment policy.
The firm is suspected to be contravening Ugandan laws, this is limited only to management positions including chief executive officers and financial controllers among others.
The advert sparked off social media attacks with a number of people accusing the company of racism and undermining Ugandans.

Details indicate that at least more than 80 per cent of youth in Uganda are either jobless or underemployed.
With about 40,000 graduates churned out of higher institutions of learning less than 10,000 are absorbed into Uganda’s employment market.
