If the police is cheaper or more reliable than security companies is the question that Rafiki wishes to ask the PS Ministry of Finance!
Rafiki has landed on info that bans the ministry from using Saracen security agency a company which belongs to the young brother of president Museveni Salim Saleh aka Akandwanaho and it has instead jumped on the wagon of police protection.
Mbu Saracen has lost billions in this deal which it has been fetching from the Finance facilities it looks after all over the country
This move has caused panic in other security companies’ corridors to the extent that some of them are willing to sign very long-term contracts at very reduced rates lest they loose out as well.
Mbu, if the other ministries also go the Finance Ministry’s way, then most of the companies will have to close!
