BREAKING NEWS: Sad news have reached The Sunrise of the death of the Minister of Internal Affairs Gen.Aronda Nyakairima formerly Chief of Defence Forces (CDF).

Nyakairima, was also one of the representatives of the Army in Parliament,

Nyakairima entered the annals of history when he became the First CDF of the national force, UPDF a post he held for over ten (10) years.

Information available indicates that Nyakairima was travelling back from an official trip from South Korea, and was declared dead as soon as the plane landed in Dubai, where his body still lies up to the time of writing this.

He was recently in Parliament during the discussions about streamlining operations of civil society organizations in Uganda, a motion that is still in parliament.

Aronda was a workaholic no wonder he died while on duty.

Unlike many public figures, Aronda was known to be incorruptible most remembered for the National Identity card project which he handled in a record 4 month after many had failed to take it off the ground for many years
