Savy films boss was nominated with the likes of Clarence Peters from Nigeria, Director Kenny from Tanzania, Justin Campos from South Africa and many others.
Just like many video Director’s, Sasha is rarely recognized but however his hard work was finally paid off.
Sasha was crowned best video director in Africa at a ceremony that was held in Dallas, Texas in USA.
He is the brain behind Sheebah’s “Nkwatako”, Lydia Jazime and Daddy Andre’s “you and me” and among other local hit and international songs.
Sasha Vybz came to the limelight in early 2010s producing state of the art music video that were not so common in the Ugandan music industry. Sasha’s video were characterized with a great picture, coloring and good lighting.
