Justice Jane Abode of Entebbe high court said Godfrey Wamala Alias Troy is guilty of manslaughter as he did not have malice aforethought in killing singer Moses Radio aka Mowzey Radio.
Godfrey Wamala, the man who is standing trial for killing musician Mowzey radio in January 2018, has been convicted of manslaughter, contrary to the initial charge of murder that the prosecutor had brought against him.
Justice Jane Abode of Entebbe high court said Godfrey Wamala Alias Troy is guilty of manslaughter as he did not have malice aforethought to kill singer Moses Radio.
Wamala had earlier denied touching the musician but the judge said him (Wamala) linked himself to the scene of crime. Wamala will be sentenced on Wednesday October 31, 2019.
