As a global phenomenon, is that pay TVs are now selling decoders and when your monthly subscription expires you are automatically disconnected from free to air channels which is not fair and something I can regard as a broad day theft.
The other thing is that some of the set top boxes on the market seem to be fake. They either fail to work or give you lousy pictures
I am hereby calling upon the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) to come to our rescue and streamline professionalism and value for money otherwise this is exploitation of the highest degree.
