Nuwa Wamala Nnyanzi, one of Uganda’s most acclaimed artists has urged Rotarians to give more attention to their passion and talent other than wasting their time on jobs in which they have no interest and needs more input to develop than is necessary.
Nnyanzi disclosed this during an interaction with Rotarians on matters of nurturing Talent and Passion.
‘Talent can remain dormant if not tickled
While Passion pushes, tickles and nags at you until it is awoken and gets what it desires.
It is passion which more often than not brings out the talent in an individual.’
This was his response and success story that triggered and inspired the rotary club of Kampala Central to use Art in their projects of reaching out to the communities around them.
