Under a World Bank funded project, Mbale district has been lit up again. Different roads from the Republic Street to the High Court Building, Majanga Road, Nabuyonga Rise are all now lit up.
James Kutosi, the Public Relations Officer of the Mbale Municipal Council applauded the work done by World Bank and promised improvement in all sectors to revive Mbale to its former glory as the cleanest town in East Africa.
